Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) – Beta, Gamma, Delta & Class 9th

This message is specifically for the students of Beta, Gamma, Delta and Class 9th.

Dear Parents,

As the FA-5 and FA-6 examinations for Classes 1st to 8th are scheduled to commence from Thursday, 20th August 2026, the school will close at 12:30 p.m. for all classes from Beta to 10th during the examination period.

Accordingly, a Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) has been scheduled for the students of Beta, Gamma, Delta and Class 9th as per the following schedule:

* 🕜 *1:30 p.m.* – Roll Nos. *1 to 5*

* 🕑 *2:00 p.m.* – Roll Nos. *6 to 9*

* 🕝 *2:30 p.m.* – Roll Nos. *10 to 13*

*📅 Saturday, 22nd August 2026*

* 🕜 *1:30 p.m.* – Roll Nos. *14 to 18*

* 🕑 *2:00 p.m.* – Roll Nos. *19 to 22*

* 🕝 *2:30 p.m.* – Roll Nos. *23 to 26*

*📅 Monday, 24th August 2026*

* 🕜 *1:30 p.m.* – Roll Nos. *27 to 31*

* 🕑 *2:00 p.m.* – Roll Nos. *32 to 35*

* 🕝 *2:30 p.m.* – Roll Nos. *36 onwards*

Parents are requested to strictly adhere to the allotted date and time slot to ensure the smooth and orderly conduct of the PTM.
