Out-Campus Summer Camp (Classes 4th to 10th – Boys) – Important Instructions

Dear Parents,

We are pleased to inform you that the Out-Campus Summer Camp for the Boys of Classes 4th to 10th has been scheduled from 29th to 31st July 2026 (Wednesday, Thursday & Friday) at Aru Camping Resort, Pahalgam. As the necessary arrangements have now been finalized, we are sharing the detailed instructions for the camp.

This message is intended only for those students who have completed both the registration fee (₹1,000) and the remaining camp fee (₹2,500). Only such students will be eligible to participate in the camp.

Parents are requested to ensure that their ward reports at the school premises by 5:30 AM on 29th July 2026. Due to certain travel advisories, the school buses will depart sharp at 5:45 AM. Parents are therefore requested to be punctual, as we may not be able to wait for late arrivals.

Students must report in their School Sports Uniform along with sports shoes. They should also carry lunch for the first day and a water bottle. Parents are requested to carefully ensure that their ward carries the following items:

⚠️ Raincoat/Waterproof Jacket (Mandatory)

✅ Backpack/Travel Bag

✅ Toiletries (Soap, Toothbrush, Toothpaste, Towel, Comb/Brush)

✅ Sports Shoes and One Pair of Slippers

✅ Hiking Stick

✅ Cap, Umbrella and Water Bottle

✅ Two Pairs of Comfortable Cotton Clothes, Undergarments and Socks

✅ Nightwear and a Light Jacket/Sweater

✅ Light Blanket/Comforter

✅ Unbreakable/Steel Plate, Bowl, Spoon, Mug and Glass

Note 1: The school shall function as usual on all the days of the camp. Students who are not participating in the Out-Campus Summer Camp are required to attend school regularly, and all classes will be conducted as per the normal schedule.

Note 2: A separate message regarding the In-Campus Summer Camp and the Out-Campus Summer Camp for Girls of Classes 4th to 10th will be shared with the concerned parents separately.
